|Day 2 - Induction Boot Camp (Atkins)

|My menu so far (2:00pm)
1 egg, hard boiled
Supplement: Atkins Basic 3
Mid morning Snack:
1 oz cheese
Salad (I'm guessing about 1.5 cups)
3 oz chicken
bleu cheese dressing
Supplements: Atkins Basic 3 and Atkins Essential Oils
Mid afternoon snack:
1 oz cheese
1 cup mint tea w/ 1 packet sweet n' low
I have another hard boiled egg for a snack, but as of right now I don't know what exactly I will have for dinner. I had planned on going out to the store this evening , but my childcare arrangements are a little messed up at the moment. (I have a 14 year old daughter with Aspergers). My parents', who would normally have watched her all day (she's being taught at home by a tutor from the district - they have yet to find an appropriate placement for her) and this evening due to my having to work and then having chorus rehearsal , are currently down at the emergency room with my 97 year old grandmother. She was apparently very disoriented this morning so they decided to take her to the emergency room. They've been there since around 11:00am. Past experience makes me think that they will be down there for hours. So far, I haven't heard anything since they left.
Update: Grandma was admitted to the hospital. Apparently her electrolytes are out of whack. They're keeping her so they can monitor what she eats and drinks.
I was bad for supper. I grabbed a couple of slices of salami before reading the label. I had the salami with cream cheese and some brussels sprouts. Boy, I'm starting to think I should've started South Beach instead of Atkins.
