My book finally came....last night 2/2/12
for dinner I had steak and spinach.
2/3 breakfast 9;30am
2 eggs w/spinach,cheese,turkey sausage, 1/2 onion and mushrooms.
diet cherry pepsi
Lunch 2;30pm
beef hambugar,kale w/onions, mushrooms and 3 grape tomatoes.
diet cherry pepsi.
excited about desserts.

I've just completed my first week on a low-carb diet. I have primarily followed the Atkins schedule, but I just received my Stella Style cookbooks in the mail yesterday and I'm excited to try the new recipes.  |

| New to this site. I also was wondering which cookbook is good to start out with. I'm loving this way of eating. I had tried weight watchers and was hungry all the time, with low carb that is not happening and I'm losing weight. |

This is 2nd time I've left this question. I have tried everyway I can think of to load a photo, and nothing works? Is the profile photo just not working or is it me.....I haven't noticed anyone elses photo either, so that function just not working? Sure would appreciate an answer on this.........thanks |
